Assistance During Orientation

Eastern Kentucky University is committed to providing equal access to all university resources, coursework, programs and activities to all individuals and advocating for equal access for all individuals who qualify, including the campus at large, university-related programs and activities by providing individualized accommodations and modifications when necessary.

Parents, guests, or students requiring specific accommodations during orientation should contact the EKU Center for Student Accessibility at (859) 622-2933 at least one week prior to the event. 

Deaf or Hard of Hearing Accommodations

Individuals who need to request interpreters for the deaf or hard of hearing should submit an Interpreter Request Form online.  

Other Accommodations 

Those requiring other interpreting services (Spanish, German, etc.) or who are in need of additional accommodations should contact orientation@eku.edu and we will ensure that your party's needs are met to the best of our abilities!
